For payments made by bank transfer, shipping will take place upon actual crediting of the funds.

You can complete your purchase securely via credit card on protected Nexi Pay or PayPal circuits, or via bank transfer. In the latter case, the order will be processed within 5 working days of payment receipt. Every sale is always accompanied by a regular tax invoice.

Returns can be requested within 14 business days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging; the refund will be issued within 30 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or purchases made with a VAT number.
