Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Gioielleria Grande offers you the possibility to return the product and get a refund or an exchange, in accordance with European legislation on the right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from receipt of the goods.
Conditions for Return
For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

Integrity: The product must be new, unworn and free from signs of wear, scratches or alterations.

Complete Set: It must be returned with its original box, manuals, protective films and, most importantly, the Official Warranty Certificate.

Seals: Any security seals or brand labels must be intact.
Note: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products (e.g., engravings) or tailor-made items.
Return Procedure

Request: Send an email to customercare@gioielleriagrande.it indicating the order number and the item you wish to return.

Authorization: You will receive instructions and the return shipping address.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise specified for defective products. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refunds
Once the return is received and the integrity of the product is verified, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days. The credit will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
